Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund
The Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund (“AEF”) is a non-profit initiative launched by Alibaba Group in 2015. To vitalize the development of innovation and technology, AEF’s mission is to help Hong Kong entrepreneurs and young people realize their dreams and visions for a Hong Kong that is vibrant and engaged regionally and globally. As part of its investment program, AEF provides Hong Kong-based entrepreneurs with investment capital and strategic guidance to help them grow their businesses and penetrate global markets, by utilizing Alibaba's vast ecosystem.
Beyond Ventures is a Hong Kong-based venture capital fund established by eGarden Ventures in partnership with locally-grown serial entrepreneurs in 2017. eGarden Ventures is a venture capital fund focused on technology, media and telecoms (TMT) and holds nearly 20 years investment track record in Mainland China. The fund is also supported by leading investment company, Hony Capital, which manages more than US$10 billion in assets.
Adopting the slogan "From Hong Kong. For Hong Kong", Beyond Ventures seeks to revitalise Hong Kong's innovation ecosystem by bringing experienced venture and private equity funds together with successful entrepreneurs able to provide start-ups with mentoring support.
Beyond Ventures focuses on investments in artificial intelligence, biotechnology, chips, consumer electronics and platform businesses.
HK INNO Angel Fund
In April 2013, InnoAngel Fund was jointly founded by Tsinghua alumni Li Zhu and Lin Sen. The investment management team has an average of over a decade of experience in angel investment. It has invested in over 400 venture projects and is managing over 3 billion RMB.
Hong Kong Inno Angel Fund was jointly sponsored by InnoAngel Fund and the Hong Kong–Shenzhen United Investment Fund in 2016. Together with local research institutes, accelerators and angel investment institutions, Hong Kong Inno Angel Fund works in conjunction with the Inno Ecosystem to help top quality startups enter the Mainland of China and South East Aisa markets.
Hong Kong X Technology Fund focus on early stage technology startup in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area. Investment focus areas include Big data, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Biotechnology, Medical Science, Medicine, Microelectronics, Materials, Energy and FinTech. Hong Kong X Technology Fund is also a co-investment partner of HKSAR ITVF.
Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group
Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group (LCIG) is Lenovo’s global technology industrial fund.
